of the Unit.

Growth Room

Our state-of-the-art cultivation facility spans over 200 m² and includes two meticulously designed growth rooms, tailored to meet the highest GACP standards. These rooms feature advanced climate control systems, energy-efficient full-spectrum LED lighting, automated irrigation with nutrient monitoring, and optimized air circulation. With seamless, non-porous surfaces and strict sanitation protocols, the facility ensures optimal growing conditions for premium cannabis production. Real-time monitoring systems further guarantee consistent quality, sustainability, and compliance across the entire operation.

Drying Room

The Drying Room, covering over 30 m², is equipped with an advanced climate control system to ensure optimal drying conditions while preserving the quality of the product. Precise temperature and humidity control prevent any impact on the product, ensuring safe and consistent drying. The room is designed to maintain hygiene and efficiency throughout the process.

Trimming Room

The Trimming Room is fully equipped to ensure efficient trimming operations in a clean and controlled environment. Designed with materials that allow for easy cleaning and sterilization, the room meets the highest hygiene standards. This setup provides the ideal conditions for precise product trimming, ensuring consistency and alignment with our strict quality standards.

Storage Room

The Storage Room is designed with ample capacity to securely store and preserve the product under optimal conditions. Equipped with systems to maintain product integrity and safety, it ensures maximum security and compliance with quality preservation standards.

Closed System

Our logistics processes are fully compliant with all applicable regulations, including secure transport protocols, proper labeling, and thorough documentation. We work exclusively with licensed and compliant transportation partners to ensure full regulatory adherence. Additionally, our operations take place within a physically isolated system, significantly enhancing security and minimizing the risk of cross-contamination throughout the entire process.

Climate Control

In addition to addressing this problem, our infrastructure will also allow for highly precise internal climate control and provide security guarantees against any external threats.

Security

The facility’s security will be upgraded to Level 3 industrial standards. The fence will be heightened with stronger barbed wire, and a modern CCTV system will cover the entire 8029 m² area.

Entry will be controlled through individual identification, and staff access will be managed via a secure card system, ensuring strict monitoring and enhanced security at Golden Acres.
